THE FOUNDERS
Ir. Arif Budianto, S.T., M.M.
Position: President Director
Citizenship: Indonesia
Domicile: Malang
Ir. Arif Budianto, S.T., M.M. has served as President Director since the company’s inception and is its founder. His professional career in the construction industry began in 2012 with PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, where he was involved in various national-scale projects. In 2015, he joined PT Alam Permadani Manokwari as Project Manager. A year later, in 2016, he established Syandana as a construction brand, which later evolved into a legally incorporated entity—PT Syandana Rekatama Indonesia—in 2020. Beyond leading the company, since 2018 he has also served as Project Manager for the development of International islamic boarding school project in Malang. In recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements, he was nominated for the 2015 Santripreneur Award organized by Bank Syariah Mandiri. He actively serves as Coordinator of the National Development and Infrastructure Division, Department X, at BPC HIPMI Malang City. In addition, he is a member of the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG).
Febri Romadoni, S.T.
Position: Co-Founder – Director of Operations
Citizenship: Indonesia
Domicile: Malang
Febri Romadoni, S.T. is a co-founder of Syandana and currently serves as the Director of Operations. From the very start of his career, Febri has been an integral part of Syandana’s journey, directly involved in the planning and execution of dozens of projects in both civil engineering consultancy and construction. His expertise spans project operations management, technical supervision, and cross-team coordination to ensure every project meets the company’s strict standards for quality and timely delivery. With a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail, Febri plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s operational performance. His dedication from the outset has helped lay the solid foundation that supports Syandana’s success in delivering strategic projects at both regional and national levels. He currently serves as Coordinator of the National Development and Infrastructure Department (Department X) at BPC HIPMI Malang City. In addition, he is an active member of the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG).
